Eminem is featured in the upcoming HBO four-part documentary “The Defiant Ones,” which premieres July 9. It outlines the partnership between Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine and their lasting impact on pop culture and the music industry.

But like we said–that’s not the part people are focusing on. Instead, Twitter is losing itself over the rapper’s new facial hair. Several fans are assuming a correlation between the facial hair and an upcoming album, perhaps because of a line in “Business:” “Can’t leave rap alone, the game needs me/’Til we grow beards, get weird and disappear/Into the mountains, nothin’ but clowns down here.”
Other stans weren’t as sure about the new look. “Shave it or save it?” one Twitter user questioned. “Eminem has a beard. I’ve seen it all, ladies and gentlemen,” another said.
